Know-how counts

The production of crowns and pushers involves a multitude of artisanal and industrial manufacturing processes. This includes traditional cold-forming techniques used to shape steel, titanium, or precious metals in high-power presses. Processes such as engraving, guilloching, embossing, and classic profile turning are deployed as well.

Completely renewed in the course of the last years, MECO’s production resources today include latest-generation CNC machines. Great emphasis is placed on finishing, which involves more than 600 different polishing and finishing processes. The result is world-class crowns and pushers that adorn watches from the most reputable manufactures often unknown even to connoisseurs.
